Ina Maka, "Mother Earth" in Lakota indian is a logo but also a sole proprietorship created in1988 by Chantal J. Courant aka Kara, ethical and recycled fashion designer.  It is a workshop/gallery located in the center of France, in the Berry that can be visited during special events such as the waste reduction and sustainable  development weeks, the punctual exhibits organized by Kara or the "opened workshops and studios" event  coordinated every two years by the SEMA (société d'encouragement des métiers d'art).  

Besides those periods, the studio is opened on appointment only.
